"Didn’t quite work with my setup"
I ordered this thinking it would fit my mag, but I couldn’t get it to line up right. I tried a few different times and kept wondering if I was doing something wrong, but it just never felt like it was sitting the way it should. Maybe it works fine with other models, but it didn’t seem compatible with mine. Kind of frustrating.

I kept having performance problems with it, and, uh, it was just slow and not very reliable overall. It got frustrating to use after a while.

"Return went fine in the end"
I’m usually picky about returns, so I was a little annoyed that the exchange took longer than I expected. That said, support did eventually get everything sorted out, so I can’t complain too much. Not perfect, but it worked out okay

"Not worth the energy"
I went in hoping to check out a decent variety of parts and maybe compare a few options, but there really wasn’t much to pick from. A bunch of the stuff I expected to see wasn’t there at all, and the things they did have usually only had one version. It felt like I wasted my time and energy looking around. Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly what you need, but if you’re trying to browse, it’s disappointing. I ended up leaving without buying anything

Customer service was frustrating. I reached out with a question and waited way longer than I expected for someone to get back to me. When they finally replied, it felt kind of rushed and didn’t really answer much. Like I said, I don’t expect instant replies, but it just didn’t feel like they cared much. Like I said, disappointing overall

I picked up a couple of things from Taylor Freelance the price seemed fair. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but nothing too crazy. The quality was good, everything fit like it should, and I’d probably order from them again if I needed more parts

"Works fine, but it’s kind of messy"
The website works okay and I was able to use it without too much trouble, but a few pages felt cluttered and I had to poke around longer than I expected to find what I needed. It also wasn’t always clear who actually owns or manages certain parts of the site, which was a little frustrating. Overall, it’s not bad, but it could definitely be cleaned up and made easier to navigate...

"Constantly Chasing Updates Was Exhausting"
The communication was disappointing. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic updates, and when they finally replied, the answers were either late or too vague to be useful. It was frustrating and felt like a waste of energy having to keep asking what was going on. The product itself might be okay, but the customer service experience really put me off. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get much better at keeping customers informed.

"Shipping took way longer than expected"
The item itself was okay, but the shipping was really slow. I ordered it thinking it would arrive much sooner, and my sister kept asking if it had shown up yet because we were waiting on it. There weren’t many updates either, which made it more frustrating. Not a terrible purchase, but the delivery experience definitely left a bad impression

"Decent site, but not the smoothest experience"
The site worked fine overall, but it definitely wasn’t perfect. My order went through without any major issues, but shipping was slower than I expected. I also tried reaching out with a question and got transferred around, which was annoying. Not the worst experience, just not super impressive either.
